Being disabled and home all day, most days, I was extremely anxious about leaving my kitties but May was really reassuring. I had never left my cats before and knew that at least 2 of them would really struggle to be separated from me. Penny & Pets totally understood my anxieties and took on board of all of my individual cat's needs which are quite varying as well as reassuring me.

I got daily updates, photos and videos which we had discussed beforehand and I just knew my fur babies were in great hands. My home had clearly been respected and it was in a good and clean condition when I came home. All of my cats are indoor cats so use litter trays but they were not phased at all in dealing with the cats trays etc.

I could say so much more but I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough and I will definitely be making use of their services on a regular basis as required. A** service and if you need to leave your pets, you will especially if you are particularly anxious about it, I can't think of anyone better for the job.

Wowwww, you are amazing! The best care for my two gorgeous indoor cats, one who’s terrified of her own shadow and one who’s a feisty character who runs around with the zoomies. You have been wonderful on each occasion I’ve booked and have looked after them so well. Regular updates and pictures of my cats kept my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my holiday. May always spends time playing and interacting with my cats accommodating to each cat’s needs she’s so friendly and loves them all. May has looked after our two dogs and three cats about five times already, for both short and long trips, and has been excellent every time. When we met her during the free meet and greet she was very friendly and genuinely cared about getting to know what our pets are like and what their routine is so she could look after them as best as she could, even taking notes. She has always demonstrated she is very professional and reliable, and makes sure to keep us regularly updated on how each one is doing while we are away. I really appreciate these detailed daily updates and find them very reassuring. We especially look forward to them because of the videos and very nice pictures.

Most importantly, our pets absolutely love her! She is great with both our cats and dogs, all of which have very different personalities, needs and preferences. One of our cats, despite being bright and nice overall, is quite energetic and easily frustrated, which can be challenging. We were concerned this would be problematic, but May took our warnings seriously and gave us enough confidence to leave him with her. Needless to say, she was able to handle his needs very well and, nowadays, he even likes May a lot.

Ahhhhh May is just GREAT! Penny looked after my two adorable bunnies whilst I was away for a few days. She kept me updated everyday with pictures and videos of them :) My one bunny even let penny fuss her which is usually a no no from strangers so my bunnies felt at ease. May was lovely right from the get go when I spoke to her. Very friendly, and genuinely cares which is super important when you’re leaving your pets in the hands of someone else !
